Can I put 2 x 8gb 3200mhz of ram into slot 2 & 4. And put the 8gb 2133mhz in slot 1

Mixing RAM like that is not a good idea.
No harm will come if you try however you will have issues and frequency will default to the slowest frequency at 2133Mhz.
Best is to use the 3200Mhz kit in dual channel mode and keep the other as a spare.
You don't need more than 16Gb for AAA gaming.
