Hi all,

I've put together the following build with the components available to me in South Africa. I need the build to be able to handle a large project in revit while multitasking photoshop, 3max or Lumion.

Please see my build - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/L72Rgb

My question is about the rgb softwares, seeing as the m/B is Asus, should I use armoury crate for the case fans and ram & use gigabyte fusion software for the gpu & cooler? Are these softwares compatible with each other? Would I need to rather use fusion to handle all the rgb, is it compatible on a Asus m/B?

Am I making a big mess, and should rather try to stick with Asus products seeing as the m/B is Asus? Pcpartpicker doesn't list any issues apart from maybe ram & cooler clearance.

I thought its called armoury crate now. I think Asus aura sync is also what it's called.

I wanted to know if I need to run the case fans and the ram with the Asus software & the gpu and cooler with the Gigabyte software? Or do I use one of the software for all? I'm not sure if the Gigabyte gpu and cooler would work on the Asus software & not sure if the case fans and ram would work on the Gigabyte software.

Should I just spec all Asus products?

I checked all the components I want to sync with rgb software, the sickleflow case fans,
the Gigabyte aorus gpu, the Gigabyte waterforce 360 cooler and the g.skill ram - all are compatible with the Gigabyte rgb fusion software. However this would have to run on the Asus Z690 hero Maximus motherboard. Is this possible?
