[SOLVED] New rig at €1600ish budget (and use current rig as streaming pc) or upgrade current rig?

I'm planning on upgrading my current gaming/streaming setup but I am not quite sure what would be the best next step for met to take. (current rig mentioned below)

Purchase whole new rig to stream + game? (Selling current rig for money to up my budget by probably €400, increasing total budget to €2000)
Have 2 rigs? (New rig for gaming and current for streaming.)
Just upgrade current rig?

Approximate Purchase Date: I'm willing to wait a couple of months if that means getting a better build.

Budget Range: 1500-1700€ (willing to spend €1800 if that means that I get a drastic boost in performance. Really worth the extra money.)

System Usage: streaming, gaming, editing, recording

Are you buying a monitor: In the future. I'll probably be buying a 1440p 165hz monitor. Fow now I'm satisfied with my 1080p 144hz monitor.

Do you need to buy OS: nope

In my opinion, it doesn't make sense to spend that much money on a 1080p machine.

How far in the future are you going to buy the 1440p monitor? You would essentially be paying a premium today to have the ability to play at 1440p, but not actually doing it until later, at which time it will probably be cheaper to build that caliber of PC.

Your current mobo can handle some upgrades to improve your 1080p experience. Perhaps just upgrading your memory speed to 3200 and a RTX 2060? You would see pretty considerable improvement there at 1/4 the costs of a whole new build.

Since you can afford to wait, I would, at bare minimum wait till the NVIDIA GPU conference on March 22nd, to see if they unveil anything new. Could shift the market dramatically.

I am not sure you can feel any difference from 112 fps (from a 2060) to 144 fps (2080), where you are capped, but its up to you. You did say you wanted "as many frames as you can get" so perhaps those extra 20 frame is worth the extra thousand bucks.

To do all of them simultaneously you need a powerful PC. Not to mention when you multitask like open an app simultaneously while gaming or browse multiple Chrome tabs that makes it struggle all the more. Usually when you wait, you always keep waiting for the next best thing to come. Also the above build will not only crush through current games but also last you way way long even on higher resolutions.

Always remember that synthetic benchmarks are reflections of idealistic scenarios. Real time scenarios can vary, not too much though.

You could save around 700 Euro by taking Hellfire13s list, changing the CPU to Ryzen 3700X and changing the GPU to a used Vega56 from Ebay.
