New rig for CAM

I am looking to build a new computer, I have 3 main reasons for doing this:
1. My current one is too loud for my tastes, I have done everything in my power to silence it
2. I am using three 24" monitors. I am hoping to sell them, and switch to two larger monitors.
3. I want to use Mac OSX, my current computer has some issues (No internet being the primary one)
