New rig Having problems

Hi there

I have new rig and components are next
motherboard gigabyte z170x-ud3
ram:corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 3000mhz 16bg
GPU :kfa2 gtx 980 SCO gaming edition 4gb
Disks: samsung evo 250 gb ssd + 1 tb
proc: i5 6600k
XFX xtr 650w
and 3 additional fans on case
monitor is benqxl2411 144hz


Problem is next when in windows 7 all is working fine at 144hz aplications and sutff (desktop) but when i lunch somg high ende game like Tomb Raider or WoW it works fro like 20-30 mins top and than i got crash nifo or hard reset even.
So iw done some stress tests whit Kombustor, Furmark, and orthos
and all works fine 0 errors or problems.
Reinstalled whit DDU graphic drivers on fresh win installation
checked cables from monitor and in case
Temperatures on gpu are max 83

so my conclusion si next it culd be PSU when i play games it simply doesnt have enught juce to run it at 144hz(iw read that to 131volts consumptions for to run it at that refreash rate) than i tested whit 60 hz and not even that it just chrashes so my thought is not enuhgt volts for graphic card when playing high demanding games.

so i rly dont have any clue anymoar so any suggestion wuld be nice ty onwards for ur time

Ummmm 650w is plenty for this build...

Have you checked temps at all? If you are consistently crashing in heavy games then you might be overheating.

Like i said gpu temps is runnng around 83 celcias on MAX settings in game
cpu temps are fine all 4 cores i checked em not even noticable

Ummmm 650w is plenty for this build...

is it cuz only for graphic card psu is minimum of 500w req. and here consumption is 165w
