New Rig... Need Suggestions!

I'm building a new rig and need a good CPU cooler. Here are my specs:

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Mushkin Stealth 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2666 Memory

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Seagate Desktop HDD 4TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive

NZXT Phantom (Black/Green) ATX Full Tower Case

Corsair Professional 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply


Ps -- I know I don't have a gpu (waiting for Titan black edition)

Down that i7 4770k to an i5 4670k because they're the same except i5 has no HT (which games don't use anyway) and that power supply is way overkill I'd drop that down to a good 550w like the XFX 550w Core Edition (made by SeaSonic the best PSU OEM)
