New rig not posting at all.

Specs are as follows:
1700x
h60 single rad
4x4 Vengeance LPX
GTX 1070
Strix B350-f
Corsair 600w Bronze

Can't tell you much. My friend's new rig hasn't posted at all, just built it. Never even got to install windows on it. All fans spinning, cooler is pumping, gpu is powered and is confirmed working...
Any ideas? We've tried only using 1 stick and replacing them with others. No luck.

Take out the GPU and hook the monitor to the mobo and see if it posts. Could be a bad component or an incompatibility. Rarely will motherboards ship with a corrupt BIOS, but after you check every component, try a BIOS from the vendor's website.

Do what Robax said, then if it works, flash BIOS. And try it

My wrong, I got used to my CPU with integrated graphics. Put RAM in different slots and see what happens. Remove RAM and see what happens

have you tried other hdmi or dvi i or dvi d cables, dp aswell?
