Is your motherboard BIOS the most recent version?

How are your CPU/GPU temperatures at idle and under load?

Are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

Motherboard Bios is F6 - 2016/03/02 (Improve DDR XMP compatibility). No the most recent.
The most recent is F20 2016/11/09 (Support 7th generation CPU) * This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS.

Cpu is now in 4.4ghz oc but in normal 3.9ghz happened the issue too.
Temperatures very normal.
Photo cpu voltage and temperature:

Memory is 2400mhz xmp auto config in bios.

Gpu is oc but all ok. I changed it last month and the problem persist.
Temperature very normal.
Idle: 37°C
Full load: 69°C

I would suggest updating your BIOS. Also, you should test your memory for error with a tool like memtest.

http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Download the ISO, burn to CD/DVD or USB. Boot from that device and run tests. May take a little while, but very comprehensive.

I would also suggest removing all OC settings until you have a stable system. This rules out those variables while troubleshooting.
