New Rig, Please comment

Hi all, here is my new PC.

Soltek Qbic 3401
P4 2.6c
Kingston 256 x 2 DDR400
Lite-on combo drive
Maxtor 80G SATA 8M HD

Still needed to add a graphic card, what is your suggestions? I am not going for the latest model, something in the middle with best performance/price ratio.
I do play some games and work with photoshops. Am thinking of ATI 9600 PRO 128 Mb, but not sure and dont know which brand to go for.

Your suggestions will be very much appreciated.

9600 PRO is probably the best price/performance card out there.

Other than that, you might want to consider the 9700 non-pro, 9800 non-pro, or 5900 non-ultra for a few dollars more.

Ati, Sapphire, & Hercules are some good brands of Ati cards.
