New rig to hook up to my tv

I am building a new rig and will be hooking it to my tv instead of a monitor so I was wondering what the best graphics card and mother board processor setup would be best for gaming?

The Titan is not really a gaming graphics card, if you want to go with NVidia for gaming GPU then the GTX 780 Ti will work just as well or better than the Titan for gaming. The Titan is more of a GPU for developers and rendering programs that was rebranded for gaming as a cash grab and headline grabber. Also, you don't need that much RAM, 32 GB would be overkill too, it seems that 16 GB is the ideal amount for now. Have you checked the compatibility yet? Or tried pcpartpicker.com?

Really? I priced a bunch of parts but it came up to more than that

No offense, but you don't really understand what you need for just gaming. You don't need 64 GB of RAM that is 2400 MHz... you would be just fine with 8 GB...but my recommendation is 16 GB DDR3 1866 MHz. Which costs less than $200 vs $700 you had picked out.

The GPU, for maxing out games at 1080p would cost less than $1,000...a GTX 780 is around $500 or you could go for a GTX 780 Ti for $700ish. You could even spend less, but using the $700ish price vs a $1,200 price.

The CPU is the same, you could get a $500-$600 ones that performs as well for gaming and auto-cad, developer programs, etc, as the $1,050 one you picked out.

A lot of the parts depends on your current build needs and wants, as well as future wants in upgrades. I would not suggest you ever spend more than $3,000 for a pc build...and that is a beast build that offers a crap ton of options for future upgrades. You can go with a cheaper $100-$200 motherboard and save $200+ right there.

If you want help picking out a build that is better for your budget then just answer the questions I asked before and I can see what there is for you. If you don't care about a budget then go with whatever.

For clarification on a few things:
3. I don't really have any help to give right now a wireless headset or well any headset since I don't use one or anything.
7. There is really no reason for 4 way sli...and there is no reason for 2 sli in a new build if you just go with a single more powerful graphics card like a GTX 780 Ti.
10. Which version of Windows 7 Home Premium do you have... 32 bit or 64 bit?
19. Do you insist on two single drives of those sizes...or are two 500 Gb SSDs and 2-3 HDDs that are 2-3 TB each okay?

Regarding your budget...it you are insisting on those specific parts...such as a $250-$350 case and a $50 fan controller, and those settings and upgradeability options...while still playing games at max...your budget definitely be an issue. Some of that stuff will have to give more than likely...but I will see.

I would rather go with a much cheaper system for your purposes though that is closer to $1,500. But it will not have everything you want. Since you want all lot of expensive parts still, you gotta spend a lot more.

the case and fan controller can go, could you find something just plain black made of metal with alot of space for fans?

You will come across the same issues though due to the storage space issues...the SSD and HDD already cost $700, for the amounts you want. And if you want to be able to add more drives, then we get stuck at at motherboard that has to be able to properly support that many drives. The motherboard would also have to be able to support multiple graphics cards since you had listed upgradeability and possibly SLI (2 way SLI is ideal for SLIing currently). Then that requires a power supply that has the right connections and wattage for 1-2 graphics cards and multiple hard drives. The case must be at least a certain size and quality for all those components...and it becomes a catch 22.

If you look at that second build...it has less hard drive space, but provides everything else. You can take the fan controller out of it and leave everything else the same for now. That would bring it close to $2900. And you can upgrade it later on with the fan controller, more fans, more hard drives, another graphics card or whatever then. Or we could go for a much smaller and cheaper build that will still max out games. Such as this:
