I just got a Lenovo Legion Pro. Specs are:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU
13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900HX
16gb RAM

I'm getting 10,000 on Time Spy with 11,000 GPU and 6,000 CPU. CPU is clocking right - up to 5ghz or so and temps during the actual run are steady at 70c for both the GPU and CPU. The GPU is maxing load at 100%. The only thing I see odd other than the score is that during the warm-up in Time Spy the CPU is hitting nearly 100c (just not during the actual benchmark). Seems really high but perhaps nothing to worry about.

This 3dmark shows the average score of similar laptops to be around 12,000. I guess I was expecting much higher with these specs, but maybe this just being a laptop is what severely limits my capabilities. I see desktops with lesser cards hitting 15,000+. Any thoughts here are welcome.

hmm, maybe. i played warzone 2 when i first got it and i was hitting 120fps on recommended (but pretty much ultimate settings). i haven't even been in the game since and i am hitting 40fps max and my mouse stutters all the time just with simple browsing. i asked for a refund before i saw these issues, simply because i lost my job. it's with antonline through ebay but i don't know if they will take a refund with that excuse. i should have waited until i saw all the problems and my cpu hitting 100c+ just on very specific cores while all the rest are 70-80 ranges with simple tasks in the last day or so. i don't know what to do as i may have just bought a $2,000 brick. i should have just waited and said something is wrong with this laptop but it's too late to explain why i want to return this.
