New Ryzen + 1060 3GB does not show anything on screen

The motherboard has only 4-pin ATX 12v Power connector, and the PSU has 8-pin CPU power, so I take a half left of the PSU connector to plug to the motherboard.
Plug 24-pin power connecter. Plugged 6-pin PCI-e connector from the PSU to the GPU.
Press on. CPU fan runs continuously. GPU fan starts than stops in few seconds. The LED light on the motherboard on (the orange color under GPU).
And no signal to screen.
Please help.

You should definitely add a motherboard speaker. It can save a lot of needless messing around and guesswork.
