New Ryzen 27 2700 CPU on ASUS Prime x470 Mobo - 1 spin of fans, LEDs light. Then nothing.

Brand new build. Here are the components:
Ryzen 7 2700 CPU
ASUS Prime x470 Pro mobo
2 x 8GB 3000 memory
DQ850-M Gamer Storm power supply (also tried a working 750 watt PS)
older working Evga video card
New case
older keyboard, mouse, 27" monitor

When I first turn on power at the power supply and press the power button on the case, LEDs light up and CPU fan, case fan and GPU fan all turn once then stop. I have replaced the motherboard but same results. I have tried 2 power supplies. Nothing works. Anybody have some ideas or things to try??

Did you plug everything in properly ? RAM in A2 and B2 slots ?
