I built a new ryzen 5 2400g APU pc , it worked well for 2 weeks then after that it started freezing in games or even on internet , or i would get a blue screen..
I tried testing the ram with MemTest86 no errors, even tried using it in another pc worked without a problem.Tested m.2 and HDD health , no bad sectors, even tried the build without the HDD and that didnt help.Installed a clean installation of windows 10 ,2 times still freezes, deleted all the drivers and then installed the newest chipset driver and gpu driver for vega 11 from the amd site, still freezing.
Bios is updated to the newest version.
Tried changing voltage settings like i saw on a youtube video for ryzen apu, didnt work..
Tried lowering the MHZ of my RAM still nothing. Tried my build with a rx560 still getting freezes.

First i thought that it was the motherboard and even send it back to store to be tested but after a week of waiting, they said that the motherboard was fine..... When i got my motherboard back i rebuild my pc and everything worked fine without freezing for day or two and then here we go again, freeze after a freeze, sometimes i can play games for 30+ min and sometimes it just freezes on the internet, mostly youtube.

Can this even be fixed or is it a bad cpu ?

Do you have access to another power supply to test?

Unfortunately, for many sticky situations the best way is to replace parts until the issue is resolved. Take advantage of the vendor return and exchange period because you need to make sure you receive a proper working product.
