For the past few months, I've been having trouble with my Ryzen 5600X CPU trying to overheat. To my knowledge it has never hit limits, but has gotten pretty close to such. Despite several re-mountings & fresh thermal paste reapplications, the CPU temporarily stays at desirable temperatures, but after 3-4 days, tries to overheat again, crossing temperatures of 78C when doing light tasks such as watching YouTube, and crosses well over 90C when gaming, risking imminent thermal throttling. I have always kept an eye and stopped playing as to not risk this happening.
Some detaild information:
Chassis: Cooler Master TD500 Mesh
CPU: Ryzen 5600X
MOBO: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO White, clocked to 3600MHZ (as advertised when bought)
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 FTW
PSU: EVGA GQ850
OS: Windows 10 21H1.
is there build problem issue?! Any suggestions?!

Is your processor voerclocked or do you have the motherbd set to auto.

Did you put in a custom fan curve or set it to quiet mode or anything?
I'd begin by turning up the fan speed at various points if you didn't overclock. (if you did overclock get a dedicated cooler, not the stock one)
