I have a little knowledge in computer assembly (generally intel builds). But wanted to give a chance to AMD Ryzen, so I bought these products:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 1700
    MSI B350M Mortar
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb DDR4 2400Mhz
    EVGA GeForce 1070ti
    Samsung 850 EVO 500gb
    Corsair HX750W

But after I get together all the parts, and tried to switch on, the system does not give any life signal.. Just dead, without any light or sound, like nothing happens! I tried everything, changed the PSU (Corsair HX750W, CX450W, CX430), changed the memory brand and slots, changed the CPU pins (4pins, 8 pins), remove the VGA, remove the cooler, ... The only time the board gives some sign of life is when I bypass the green and black PSU cable, and when I do that the EZ debug show the red light on CPU led.

Ok, so I sent back the CPU + MOBO to the guy who sold me, and he managed to get work without any problem.. He send me other MOBO but I´m having the same problem.. The MOBO, CPU, cooler, PSU doesn't turn on..

I dont know what to do anymore.. Please give some help guys...

Solution
It could be your power supply, not sure if something is wrong with that or not. Make sure your wiring is all correct, no splices in the cords or things unplugged on accident. Make sure that the outlet in your wall is working correctly, and the power button or whatever way you are turning it on with is in correctly. Other than this you would need to test every part separately with a different setup to find what is going wrong.
