New Ryzen build hangs at mobo loading screen

Hey guys!
New to the thread here.
So whenever I turn on my PC occasionally it will boot to the asus splash screen for the motherboard and hang there until I restart which fixes it every single time. Not sure what the issue is or how I should go about fixing this.
Build:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo: ASUS prime b450m-a matx
GPU: ASUS ROG strix radeon rx 580
RAM; 2x4gb ddr4 2666mhz corsair vengeance
PSU: thermaltake 600w smart rgb
HDD: WD blue 1tb
SSD:sandisk plus 120gb

PSU is an expensive paper weight. I'd throw that in the trash can and set it on fire. Are you on the latest BIOS update? Seriously, you'll need a reliable PSU if you want the rest of your investments to survive.

What psu would you recommend for my current build, I'll definitely check my bios.
