I can't get my new Ryzen build to boot at all. It does power up (I have hardware that has LEDs), but the fans won't spin and I get nothing on the screen

Okay, I'll try and give a full rundown of my build. I have a Thermaltake Core V1 case, an ASROCK X370 Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard, with a AMD Ryzen 1300X CPU, a Thermaltake 850 RGB Power supply, Corsair memory with RGB. A Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi cooler and an ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Dual-Fan OC Edition Graphics Card. I have all the 'power' plugged in everywhere. The 24 pin, yes, the 8 pin to the CPU, yes. 6 pin to the GPU, yes. I've become quite frustrated with this whole thing. I have had issue after issue recently. I did successfully get an Intel system running also with ASRock and some of this other equipment. It works fine, but it is using the Linux Mint OS, so I don't have full access to some features I'd have with Windows, but then I do get to stay away from Windows. Anyway, why won't I boot?

I am starting to wonder if maybe ASRock isn't having some misinformation on their front panel hookup chart. Anyone know anything of this possibility? I put the pins exactly where it indicated.

Also forgot to answer; Yes I do have the monitor cable plugged into the back of the GPU, not the motherboard. And this GPU does work, I've had it working in my other system. I do have another MSI GPU available to use if needed. It is confirmed to work as well in my other system.

If it is DOA, I'd have to contact ASRock, because my period to return this motherboard has expired weeks ago. I hate to just give up on things though, but I'm now hairless.

I don't know if I have it in me to tear this thing down again and rebuild it. By the way, with a Cryorig H7 in this build, it will only take 1 stick of RAM at a time. The cooler won't fit with 2 sticks, which is all the motherboard accepts, anyway.

I did try or had tried many of the suggestions I received from the gang. Finally, I sold it for pennies (relatively) on ebay. I just couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Why sell for pennies when AsRock is obligated to send you a replacement?
