Question New Ryzen Build won't sleep automatically

Recent new Ryzen build. It won't sleep without me putting it to sleep. It did sleep automatically right after building it but after installing games and software it no longer does. My old Phenom x4 rig did the same thing . I did a clean install of windows, in fact this isn't the same HDD the old comp used. Thinking it could possibly be Origin or Steam since those are among the downloads. I have checked startup apps and cleared any apps that sometimes are told to run constantly.

Spec:
Ryzen 3700x
MSI Gaming Edge Plus x570
Corsair RMX650
GSkill Trident Z 32GB 3200mhz, XMP enabled and running at full frequency.
R9 270x (from old build, place holder for aib 5700xt)
Western Digital 500GB HDD (place holder for NVME SSD when I get the 5700)
Windows 10 unactivated (will activate when I install SSD)

Did you set it correctly in the windows energy management (balanced)? AMD drivers (chipset and GPU) installed from amd.com?
