Hello guys, i really need help..

I've got X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING and used to have Ryzen 5 2600x for a while, everything was fine. Since today I've got Ryzen 5 5600x. I installed it on the same Motherboard and the screen was black while PC was running. So i decided to update my BIOS (Update is called F61) while on old CPU and it worked. This MB supports new Ryzen Series. Then i realised my PC now recognizes only 16 of 32GB RAM. So i tested it again on my old CPU with the new BIOS Version and it showed 32GB. How can my new CPU be the reason for half of my RAM missing? Im also not able to speed it up to 3000mhz when on new CPU. I also found out, that CPU-Z and Core Temp only show me 5 Cores of 6 (on new CPU as well as on old CPU). What the?

Huge thanks for your help guys.
