New Ryzen system - voltage spikes and RAM issues

Hello,
I've recently upgraded my system to a Ryzen 7 1800x CPU, and I'm generally very happy, yet there are some strange issues I've been experiencing.
First and foremost, I'm seeing very high voltage spikes on stock settings. Though the BIOS sets the vcore to 1.192, I'm seeing reading as high as 1.48v, sometimes even reaching 1.55v!
This usually occurs near boot, and does not happen in intensive workloads. I'm running latest BIOS and chipset drivers.
Secondly, I've bought RAM listed in my motherboard's QVL list, listed at 3200Mhz, yet it won't boot in specified speed and timings set both via XMP and manually. It only boots in 2933Mhz, also failing occasionally (though stable after booting).

I'm also seeing rather high idle temperatures (~45-50 without the offset) yet load temperatures are normal (~73, on a hot day)

I'm really enjoying the system, yet I'd really appreciate your help in ironing out these issues.
Thanks in advance!

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x@stock
Motherboard: MSI B350M Mortar Arctic (latest BIOS - A50)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB@3200Mhz CL16
Cooler: Noctua C14s
PSU: Seasonic SSP 550RT

Hi and thanks for your answer!
Though not in front of me right now, I bought the memory from the list. I'm sure it's on the list as I found the exact part number.
As for the BIOS - That is indeed the version I'm using.
I'll also take a look at the video and chime back whether it worked. Thanks!
I'll be if anyone has an idea about how to solve the voltage spikes too.

Hi,
I've been tempering with the system for about a week, and I just can't stabilize the memory, on any frequency (including 2133Mhz!), Even after following the guidelines above.
I did get close - I've found a set that mostly works (@3200) but still crashes when running certain programs and sometimes failes to boot.
Would love to hear some suggestions!
