You seem pretty snarky in your previous comments for someone who wants help.

EDIT: And, as mentioned before, those pictures are not helping in figuring out what or where that thing exactly is located on your board.

well just trying to get an answer and not questions. seems obvious that something either wrong with the motherboard or ram. I took out the cpu and the motherboard no longer lights up or get power.

It seems yellow to me (as I said, hard to determine on the pics) -> RAM

If you know that the RAM is working (in other PC) - reseat it. Put only one in for starters. Refer to the manual where the Ram has to go exactly for single or dual RAM setup.
If you don't know if it is working, try only one of them, or completely other RAM, if you have.

not a comparability issue, tried 2 types of ram and still same outcome. going to try a new processor in a couple hours when frys opens.

Did you try using different RAM slots, and only having one stick installed?

In the future, it's better to list all the troubleshooting steps you've already tried in your initial post.

Edit: This is probably a dumb question, but you definitely have your monitor plugged into your graphics card, not the motherboard outputs, right?
