[SOLVED] New Samsung 970 EVO not showing up in My Computer

I have an Asus ROG STRIX X-470F Gaming motherboard with
Samsung 970EVO M2
OCZ Agility SSD
Western Digital HD

I just tried to add a 2nd 970EVO but it is not showing up in My Computer, however it does show in Device Manager under disk drives. When I checked it's properties I noticed under Volumes Status was Not Initialized and there was nothing listed below.. Also, under Events it said, "was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match"
Then it shows Last Device Instance ID of the OCZ Agility.

Any ideas how I fix this?

Open Disk Management.
You can Initialize, new Simple Volume, Format, and give it a drive letter.
