Question New Samsung 980 not working properly

I tried to install a new Samsung 980 in my PC and after partitioning it, it shows up in my file explorer and my disk management for around 20-30 minutes or until I try to use it to download something. I've tried moving it from one M.2 slot to the other slot and updating my BIOS, but those didn't fix anything. Im not sure what to do at this point, any feedback would be appreciated.

It will say unknown disk in disk management and then disappear and cancel the download or crash the program.

Intel i7 10700
Nvidia GTX 1650
Thermaltake Smart 700W 80+ White Certified PSU
32GB RAM
Asus Tuf Gaming Z490 Plus Motherboard

and it show up again after a reboot?
check if samsung have a firmware upgrade for it?

It says the firmware is the lastest version. And it does show up after every reboot

motherboard have 2 m.2 slot. try the other one

test in the safe mode?
my guess would be issue with the motherboard
