Hi all,
Just swapped out a GeForce GTX970 for an RX580 and can't get a signal. One fan spins up on power up, connecting DVI shows a power signal to monitor but no display, HDMi connect sends monitor cycling through connection types but still no signal.
I have tried:
Running:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version: 10.0.18363 Build 18363
System Manufacturer: MEDION
System Model: MS-7667
System Type: x64-based PC
System SKU: 0
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. E7667AUS.20L, 22/05/2012
SMBIOS Version: 2.6
BIOS Mode: Legacy
BaseBoard: MEDION MS-7667 2.2
Installed Memory: 8.00 GB
PSU: ANTEC HCG 850
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX580 Pulse
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried:
- reseating new GPU
- switching back to old GPU (works)
- new power cables from PSU to Card (6+2)
- new cables both HDMi and DVi to monitor
- popping CMOS for reset
- no BIOS updates available i can find
