Hey all, I'm pretty new at PC building so I have a few questions that need confirmation regarding my SSD.
I just built my first PC last month but only got a 500gb WD blue SATA M.2 for storage. I put that in the M.2 slot 1 and everything has been fine.
I just bought a 1TB Crucial MX500 SATA M.2 and installed it into M.2 slot 2. When I turned on my PC, the Crucial SSD shows a solid red light and it doesn't show up anywhere in my system. I checked the manual and my guess is that the second M.2 slot doesn't support SATA but just wanted to someone verify this for me since I'm relatively new at this. If this is true then what could I get that would function in the second M.2 slot?
