Hello! Recently I upgraded my Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-51) with a Corsair MP510 SSD.
I cloned my HDD to the SSD with Macrium Reflect and booted normally.

After that, I tried to run CrystalDiskMark to check the SDD, but every time I try, Windows 10 crashes with a Blue Screen. The test starts normally but after a while the SSD stops responding/In Task Manager the speed is displayed as 0Kbps.
(I know running these benchmarks isn't very healthy, but I guess I should be able to finish it at least once)

In the Event Viewer, I have the following data:

EventID 41
Version 6
Level 1
Task 63
Opcode 0
Keywords 0x8000400000000002
[ ProcessID] 4
[ ThreadID] 8

PowerButtonTimestamp 0
BootAppStatus 0

What could be the possible cause?
