New SSD cloned, but won't fully load Windows 7

I followed your advice Dec 2017, and disconnected all drives except the newly cloned SSD.
When booting, system goes as far as "Verifying DMI Pool Data..................."
Then sits there with a blinking cursor. Restarting several times only brings the same result.
Assistance would be much appreciated, as my previous retail helper is no longer trading.
Kind regards, Mike

Thanks Karen,
I used Macrium Reflect to clone the SSD. I also recloned.
It seems now that my 2 x SATA3 6GB/sec ports have died, as anything plugged in does not show on the BIOS pages.
I moved all cables to SATA2 3GB/sec sockets. Discs are now recognised, but still no W7 boot. Tried original W7 install disc "Repair" without success. I might have to reinstall W7 on the new SSD, but I'm thinking of waiting till the computer repair shops open after the Christmas break, and get them to test/repair the SATA3 sockets. I'm starting to wonder whether the "poor performance" of the Sandisk SSD was due to the SATA3 sockets failing, or maybe the Marvell 9128 chip which controls them is faulty. Kind regards, Mike
