Question New SSD fitted works for a while then computer hangs.

CPU: AMD 6100
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
Ram: 8GB
SSD/HDD: Samsung 870 QVO 2TB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 210 & Radeon RX 460
PSU: Corsair RM750
OS:Windows 10 Home
No UEFI

1 problem fixed thanks to TerryLaze.
The second one.
My SSD, that I boot from, was getting full so I bought another (Samsung 870 QVO 2TB) .
Used the Samsung Migration software to copy the old SSD contents to the new one.
Seemed to work ok but after a while (varies say 5 to 20 minutes) the computer hangs.
If I put the old SSD back in the system works fine.

Boot from the new SSD and, while it works, check Reliability History and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some relevant error code, warning, or even an informational event that occurs just before or at the time the computer hangs.

Start with Reliability History. Much more user friendly.

OK I have had a look at Reliability Monitor and nothing looks nasty at the time the last hang occurred (though I am not sure I would recognise a nasty).
Event viewer - nothing seems to be reported from the time of the hang just that the computer was shut down.
Is trying the migration again a good idea? or
a clean windows install on the new SSD?
