I wanted to buy this SSD Samsung 970 Evo Plus

But apparently they use this new form factor called M.2.
My motherboard is the MSI Z97-G45 GAMING.

1. Can someone tell me if I will be able to use this SSD on my motherboard?

2. If the answer to the above is No, can you please tell me if I will be able to use it on the motherboard Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra?

3. I have the CPU i5 4670K. If I buy the Gigabyte board will I need a new CPU?

Solution
  1. NO
  2. YES
  3. Yes, you'll need new CPU.

Consider if you really need that M.2 SSD (considering you'll have to buy new CPU). It has little real-world performance improvement over SATA 2.5" SSDs unless you specifically will run tasks that benefit from that kind of speeds.
