New SSD, HDD Reformatting Issue

I just finished installing Windows 7 and all of my essential applications to my new Crucial 128GB SSD. I've also backed up all of my data to my secondary storage drive. Now, I have a previous installation of Windows 7 installed on my old primary drive, my Western Digital 1TB HDD. So my question is...is there any harm in completely reformatting my 1TB hard drive now that I have absolutely no use for my previous installation of Windows 7? I will never boot from this drive again - I'm solely going to use it as storage space for my music, movies, pictures, documents, games, and other data.

FIXED IT. Yes! I used EasyBCD 2.1.

look on disk manager, there should be a small 100MB paritition is the one that is in use on the new drive?
