New SSD: how do I transfer my old stuff on it?

I got a new 128 GB M2 SSD for free. I want to installed windows on my new boot drive and I don't want to erase my old 7200 HDD because I don't want to reinstall all my steam games ( I have 10mbs internet, so.....). I managed to install windows on it but when I want to access my files, Windows keep saying : Access denied. Is there a way to do it or not?

if the m2 and old drive are showing up in windows. when you reinstall steam point it to the old steam folder to keep your steam games. if everything including photos are not working on the old drive you have to take permission for the old stuff to work.
