I have just bought a few days ago my first SSD coz i heard it's better than a HDD and i really want my PC to move faster.
The problem is i get BSOD at random times after i install windows on the ssd and kinda frequent.
I've had some bsod's on my hdd too but not this many, i have no idea what is happening and i would really need some help.
I've got some errors with the amd driver but i'm not sure if it's the problem's source.i have an AMD rx 470 g1 gaming 4 gb.
i can add the .dmp files if it's needed.
The crash files that i see the most frequently are ntoskrnl.exe and atikmdag.sys

I uploaded 2 printscreens below if it helps..

if i don't reply within the next 24 h to this thread it means i got another BSOD and i shot myself in the head, thank you and have a nice day ^^

Thank you my friend! I have run both dump files and you can see the full reports below:

Dump 1: https://pste.eu/p/QAez.html SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Dump 2: https://pste.eu/p/GCTX.html DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

I recommend you look at both reports as this will contain all relevant information.

Presumably you have been running Driver Verifier?
I can see it is an older system so I would also assume the BIOS could be out of date.

One key thing is your first dump file as stated previously refers to your ATI driver. After reviewing the dump file, you will see on the report your AMD GPU driver is dated 08/08/2019 23:20 so it is the latest I would assume, have the BSOD only started occurring since then?

yes i actually did Driver Verifier as i saw it on some site and i tried it hoping it wil help but nothing happened,

i installed the SSD a few days ago but i only used it as a external hard drive ,
later when i got the time i finally tried to install windows on the SSD ,

As i installed the new windows on the SSD i thought to myself that i should download a new version of the AMD driver, as soon as i installed it the BSOD occured but i didn't think of it then because i also installed a new kit of RAM memory.

The thing is i tested the RAM for a few days and all went well, after that i wanted to install the windows on the SSD and have my pc run smoother.

Immediately after i formated my harddrive and installed the win on the SSD the BSOD started,

Update: i finally uninstalled the latest driver from the amd and installed my old one and for now it seems stable i mean it passed 3 or 4 hours and no BSOD, normally i would get 1 or 2 by now with the "latest" driver, i am still testing it so i can't say it fixed the problem, i hope it did fixed it but in case i get another BSOD i will come back here.

in case u didn't understood everything i said u can ask me as english is not my first language and my grammar powers have decreased since highschool ended.. i apologise for the many mistakes i hope u understood the majority i tried to explain ^_^

Do you have the dump files for the new stop codes?
Debugging isn't a guaranteed science, the more dump files the better as it allows us to see what is changing.
