I just ordered a new SSD M.2 240GB MyDigitalSSD from Amazon ($69,99), for my new Dell 7559 i7 6700HQ with 1TB SSHD and i need some tips!

1- whats is better: a clean install on the new SSD or just clone the HDD?

2- whats happen with the windows 10 activation?

3- if i do a clone, i need to change anything in BIOS?

4- after clone, can i just format the HDD and use as storage?

5- if i do a clean install, i need to remove the HDD first? need to change anything in BIOS?

6- after the clean install, what i need to do to use the HDD as storage? just format? BIOS?

7- can i loose Warranty, changing windows 10 pre installed to another windows 10 in the new SSD?

i search a loot in this forum, but cant find a good solution.

Solution
1: clean install is preferred but a clone is acceptible as long as it was a good working OS to begin with
2: win10 activates by remembering your systems hardware. it should have no problems activating with a new HDD/SSD
3: not really, you may have to set the ssd as the boot drive
4: yes
5: yes
6: yes, format it
7:no. Assuming you have made your win10 disks and are not counting on downloading it from MS. They dont supply OEM software that you have.
