Question new SSD not showing up?

I recently bought and installed Samsung 1TB 860 QVO 2.5in SATA SSD. But when i start my PC and look at my devices it does not show up anywhere, I have checked several times that it is plugged in and unplugged and replugged it, any ideas on how to get it to show up?

Does it appear in Disk Management?

It is probably still not Initialized, or still Unallocated.

I just restarted my PC and it appeared finally, thanks
