My niece's laptop is really slow and her old HDD is the problem. I installed a new ssd... and after 2 days trying to do something, I came here.

The Laptop is the HP Notebook - 15-bs058ca. Windows 10 x64.
The ssd is Team Group MS30 M.2 2280 512GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) TM8PS7512G0C101.

Here is what is happening : I don't see it in the bios, in the My PC list or in the disk management. But the diagnostic from hp before starting up sees it and tell me its totally fine. I can also see it in the peripheral management.

Here what I've done so far :
Tried to install windows on it, but the sdd isn't listed.
Used EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard I see the sdd but not useful since I don't have any data in it.
Used EaseUS Partition Master but it doesn't see it.
Unistalled it in the peripheral management, but after reboot, nothing is happening.
Used hp software to find drivers, nothing came out of it.
Windows is updated.
Cried a lot.

If you guys could help me, I would apreciate!

I'm gonna say use a program like Macrium Reflect free trial to clone the hdd onto the ssd and see if that works.

Have you flashed the bios? It's not a panacea for all things wrong but it might help save the last few hairs you haven't pulled out yet.

I literally was facing the same issue, just a few months ago. SSD was AWOL in the bios and Disc Mang. I dismissed flashing the bios because it was not a new build and the SSD worked fine prior to this. After a day or two I reached the "Sacrificial Blood Of A Virgin Chicken" step on my list, when the nagging voice in my head finally got my attention. At least I think it was the voice, it could have been my wife too. Anyway I figured I might as well try and "DING DING DING WE GOT A WINNER"
.......and I cried. "0_o" If it's not fixed yet, best of luck.

It can be a problem trying to install windows on a laptop.
One needs to find the correct drivers.
My suggestion is to reinstall the original HDD.
Attach your new ssd via a usb to sata adapter cable.
Here is an example:

Then, use free Macrium reflect to clone the HDD C drive to the new SSD.
It will take a while for various reasons. Think a few hours.
When done, replace the HDD with the new ssd.
