New SSD problem

Solution
You're supposed to initially boot off the Windows install media, not set the empty disk as boot drive. Typically it's possible to hammer some key at startup to override the boot drive and pick a DVD or USB stick. Which button that is depends on your mainboard.

You can't boot from it, if there is no OS on it.

What other drives are in this system?

Solution
If there is no operating system installed in your SSD, you're basically trying to turn on a car without gas. Get a copy of windows on a USB stick, (available from Microsoft Website) and boot from that device.
