New ssd running slow

I upgraded to a crucial mx100 yesterday and all of my read and write times are slow. I cloned all of my stuff ( using alconis 2014 )to the new ssd then ran some tests and it only reads about 300 and writes at 250.I made sure to check if they were plugged into sata3 spots, which they were. If anyone can help that would be great!
