New SSD stopped booting?

Hello all!

I just upgraded to a SSD. I realized I forgot to export passwords from Firefox so shutdown the SDD, switched cables back to HDD, booted, copied what I needed, shut down, switched cables back to SDD, and now it will not boot. I get a message about boot device not found. The HDD still boots but the SSD stopped booting. I checked BOOT priority and it is set as 2nd over the cd/dvd drive, which has nothing in it.

Any thoughts on this?

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Solution
It Seems the "System" boot files may have been placed on the spinner during the install.

Disconnect the spinner and set the SSD as the first boot device, after the CD/DVD drive in the BIOS

----------------------------------------

I noticed there was the following boot options in BIOS

cd/dvd drive
SSD
Windows Boot Manager SSD

I had to toggle them around a couple times. Some had a "P" in front of them, making me think they were getting Priority0,1,2,etc. during boot despite the order being different. Rather confusing but then again I'm not an expert on my own BIOS (yet).

I did it to finally boot. Thanks :)
