New SSD to replace old one.

Hi, I have a really old (from 2011), Sandisk SSD, which seems to be starting to die (lots of cautions on SMART). I was looking to replace it, but I haven't really been keeping up with the storage market. Could anyone recommend any 500gb SSD, that is a reasonable price, around 250 GBP in the UK.

I have an ASUS x99 deluxe, so m2 and PCie is also supported, but only if the price is good.

How does that compare to the Sandisk Extreme Pro, that has a long warranty, and looks good.
