Hey

Thanks for the response, I won't be looking to overclock the purpose of the build is for general gaming, cod crysis ect as well as photo editing, programs such as Dreamweaver and so on,

My main concern was just to check all the componants would work together

I don't know that case, but rest looks fine. Long as it's a normal-sized (or large) case you'll be fine. I'd get CAS9 memory though or better. CAS9 is standard, 10 is below par. CL8 or 7 better, but don't spend masses more for that. CAS9 will be fine.

£6 more for this

16GB (2x8GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Jet Black, PC3-12800 (1600), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24, XMP, 1.5V

That's the one :) CAS latency is definitely not the most important consideration in a new computer, but it's definitely not good to get sub-standard memory performance for such little difference. System is shaping up nicely!

you can add an optical drive later , 16gb of ram is useless for gaming 8gb is plenty

Big +1 to that setup ^, RAM comment especially. I have 6GB in my setup and it's ample. I actually bought that case a few years back (for quite a bit more money actually), returned it when my graphics card didn't fit (12" monster). Your's I think will fit alright in there.

Haha yep. Heavy too. I still have it actually. Even though it's broken, it's probably the most effective weapon in my house for home defence purposes...
