It's been good seven years since the last time I got my computer, I'm looking into new system for around 800$ budget. I can upgrade to more stronger graphic card at the later date so it's not a priority.

However, I would need a strong CPU, good amount of fast ram, decent cooling. I'm aiming to upgrade in future so I need a good motherboard.

Any help is appreciated.

This will give you a semi decent graphics card, to start with, since you were not concerned with having a powerful one now.
