Total with shipping comes down to: $785
$45 of rebates, but I'm not counting on those to go through.

Right now, I only play WoW on a P4 3.4ghz, 1.5gb ram, radeon x300 system. I think it's been like 10 years since I bought this system at costco for $2000 dollars, so I'm way overdue for an upgrade.

Haven't even tried all the new games like crysis, left 4 dead, fear 2, farcry 2, fallout 3, mirrors edge, and a whole lot of other games that I'm going to get to play on this system.

So, feedbacks, opinions? I can probably go a little over $800

Raidmax PSU's are ticking time bombs and should be avoided at all costs. Here's a few upgrade suggestions:

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136074&Tpk=wd3200aaks $54.99 (The HD you picked is an older, slower model)

G.SKILL HK 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231219 $49.99 (The PI Black RAM is very nice, but this RAM has the same specs without the fancy cooler for $10 less)

If you have a little wiggle room in your budget, one of these PSU's would be a nice upgrade from the EA430:
