New system build

My brother has asked me to build a cheap build for him he currently has an intel q6600 cpu with a radeon hd 7760 or something. I was just looking for input as to whether the AMD Athlon X4 760K would be a good cheap fit I only need cpu and motherboard, hes looking to run games better he thinks his graphics is bottlenecking. I don't know much about the card though. any input is appreciated.
