A few weeks ago I won and received a core i9 7900x in a giveaway, I have a budget of 1300 to 1500 CAD, I will be purchasing a monitor with the components as well, I will be building the pc in two to three weeks, I would like for the community to give me system ideas , thanks

Solution

For the streaming you may want to keep it however if you did sell it ($800?) you could get a more balanced system.

Or

You could sell it, wait for the Intel 9th gen release which should be early October and build a good system then. The 7900X may be overkill for your uses and by selling it and adding more to your budget you could get a 2600 & better GPU/monitor over what's listed above.

LGA 2066, also called Socket R4, is a CPU socket by Intel that debuted with Skylake-X, Kaby Lake-X and Cascade Lake-X processors in June 2017 and 2018.

Core i9-7900X is a Skylake-X model introduced May 30, 2017. It has a Max # of PCI Express Lanes of 44.

i would get a 1440 monitor, if you get a 1060 it will easily handle 2k graphics, make sure you buy parts that you might be able to use or sell in the future

kingston memory goes on sale about every month so they have good deals
