Then I have plenty of suggestions... Save a lot on the motherboard, nothing wrong with the Hero, use one myself, just has a lot of gaming and overclocking features you wouldn't need. There are some more expensive ASUS motherboards out there as well.
Money saved on the board lets you get a cheaper, newer, motherboard, and a faster processor. The base and boost clocks of the i7-4790 are a bit higher and the chip supposedly runs about 10C cooler. Added the heatsink for noise reduction, since you will be video editing the stock fan would rev up (and knowing Intel they probably made the heatsink smaller then the i7-4770 to save on costs)
G.Skill Ripjaw in this build has a CAS of 10, which is quite low for DDR3 2400 (only cost five bucks over CAS11)
