Since you wont be overclocking then you shouldn't worry about a cooler. unless you get the i7 4790. that cpu starts with 4.0ghz clock and can turbo boost to 4.4 so i would get a cooler for that cpu even if you arent doing any extra overclocking. Since you wont be overclocking then don't waste 20 bucks for the K version. Also, know that...
definitely go with an i7. Hyper threading will help a lot in video editing. Always go for a k version on all intel cpu's too. That means you can oc them which can be good as the cpu gets older. The i7 4790k and i7 4770k are both very good top of the line cpu's. But they are more pricy. If you plan on overclocking then definitely go with a cpu cooler. The coolermaster hyper 212 evo is very good with only a 30$ price tag. Every other part seems fine except id go with a bigger psu (650 watts) just so you dont have to upgrade your psu as you get better parts. 550w should be enough for now though if you dont want to spend any more money. If you dont want to upgrade your cpu then get the i5 4570K version instead of the non k.

thanks ruecklm¡¡ good point about PSU...... the thing is i know nothing about OC, and for me the stability and durability is an important thing. so, if i'm not planning to overclock... i go for i7 NOT K??? other thing about the cooling... i'm in Panama, so the ambient temp here is ALLWAYS 29ºC (day ...night.... raining....sunny.... allways 29) any problem with the cpu cooling if no OC applied?
