Hey everyone, just bought a brand new computer after finding a (deal), it was cheaper than building it myself at the time. Anyways, anytime I play a game, not even an hour later it shuts down on me and I am scratching my head, temperatures seem normal. Gpu is never above 77c and junction is never above 110c. CPU temperatures seem normal, but havnt been able to find software to see the temps under load, im aware these particular cpu runs hot, but seems fine. power draw from the gpu has never gone above 400W from what ive been watching either. Here is more info for those skilled in these arts.

Specs

Mobo: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
CPU cooler: Deepcool castle 240EX
RAM: DDR4 3600MHZ G. Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB (2x8GB)
GPU: AMD RADEON 6800XT (MSI)
PSU: Seasonic Focus 750W Gold
Storage SSD: samsung 970 evo 1TB
Sorage HDD: regular old baracuda 1TB
Operating system: windows 10 Home edition 64bit
Monitor: MSI OPTIX G273QF 2k 27" 165HZ gaming monitor

How to repeat the problem:
Play any game for a random amount of time, usually under 1 hour.

Symptoms:
Screen will go black, audio will cut out, gpu fan speed will suddenly ramp up to what sounds like 100%, then the computer will turn off.

What i have tried:
Bios update/firmwareupdates
reinstalling windows
Driver updates after uninstalling them from both the cpu, and gpu
Reseating the gpu, ram, and psu cables
undervolting the gpu and increasing max power allowance using msi afterburner
