New System No Signal Problem

Hey everyone i tried a lot of things for solution but they didn't work. (Like switching ram slots) i already have just 2 ram slots. everything is running when i turn on pc but monitor says me no signal and i can hear mobo's beep. My pc specs;(everything is new without psu and ssd)
Asus vp228h
Msi gtx 1050ti gaming x 4g
Amd ryzen 5 1400
Msi a320m gaming pro am4
Corsair vengeance 8gb 2400mhz
Corsair vs450
Kingston 120gb ssd

Im using dvi cable and also i tried on tv with hdmi cable but it didn't work too.

What beeps getting if removing all RAMs and starting the board?

When i remove my single 8gb ram im getting the same beep from mobo just one beep just this fans are working and gpu and mobo's leds are working.

Not normal... The board might need a BIOS update for supporting the 1400.

But in mobo's official site it says mobo is supporting ryzen cpus.

I checked it many times and its supporting ryzen 5 1400. So what ive to do?

Last column shows the required BIOS version (v11 vs v10). A local pc repair shop might help.
