[SOLVED] New System Not Booting

I tried installing the following components but the system doesn't seem to work. I'm brand new to PCs so let me know if there is a big no-no.

Dell 7010 mobo
i5 processor
DDR3 RAM
Seagate HDD
ADATA SSD
GeForce GTX 1660

Let me know if there is anything I'm missing

PSU is EVGA 550W, bought the mobo and processor together and added everything else myself. All fans turn on and it doesnt beep but nothing displays

What's your exact CPU?

Also you might need to update the bios if you don't have a compatible CPU you are stuck with an old bios.

I'm not exactly sure I'll have to find that out, thanks!
